Earthical App Development
WHEN: January 2020
WHY: The final assignment in my “Web and Mobile Publishing” class.
WHAT: I created this app concept with 3 other classmates. We started the process by discussing our ideas about what our peers currently value. We agreed that sustainability is a current topic many young adults seem concerned with. Then, we conducted research that proved shopping environmentally friendly was a shared sentiment specifically in a large number of millennial consumers. Our app was targeted towards making environmentally ethical decisions more accessible to this audience.
Based on wireframes created by my classmates, I made our ideas come to life by prototyping our app in Adobe XD (gif included below). I also designed the App logo.
